Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to shop with confidence, and we’ll always do our best to make the process smooth if something doesn’t work out. Below is our full return and refund policy.

Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Returns must be approved first — items sent back without approval can’t be accepted.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (including all accessories).

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

To qualify, the product must arrive at our facility within 30 days of approval. Returns received after this window will be sent back to the customer.

Restrictions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • International orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishables (supplements, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (beauty, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

📦 International shipments: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or any issue outside of Barrett Recovery’s control, a refund will not be issued. In some cases, we may deduct original shipping, return shipping, duties, and the restocking fee from any international refund that is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping and insurance charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, refunds typically appear within 10 business days, though banks and card issuers may take longer to post.

  • If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@postoprecovery.com.

Damages & Defects

  • Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if something is wrong.

  • For products with suspected defects, we may require a short video or in-person inspection when the product is returned.

  • If the product is found to function properly, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EU Customers — Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received. Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Route Package Protection

We offer Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

  • Route does not cover packages that are refused, returned to sender, or held due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes.

  • For international shipments, if a package is refused and not returned to us, Route will not issue a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds or replacements for refused packages are only possible once the product is safely returned to us in its original condition.
